With Gratitude This Thanksgiving

As we enter this season of gratitude, all of us at the Telesca Center for Justice are taking a moment to reflect on the impact our community has made possible over the past year.

Thanks to the generosity and commitment of our supporters, our four nonprofit legal service partners were able to deliver life-changing assistance to tens of thousands of New Yorkers, including:

• 50,044 who people received legal representation

• 80,107 individuals who accessed community legal education

• 32,018 people who received pro se assistance

• 1,905 survivors of domestic violence received critical support

• 758 veterans were served

• $23.6 million in legal services delivered and $99.8 million in financial benefits secured for clients and families

These numbers represent far more than statistics—they reflect families staying in their homes, children receiving needed services, survivors finding safety, veterans accessing support, and communities gaining stability.
